Mr. KR Nair - Chairman
Mr. Nair was the Managing Director of Coates Brothers (W.A) Ltd for Twenty One years and Chairman of Allied Coatings Ltd for the last Five years. Prior to this he worked for Coates of
India Ltd for about twenty eight years at Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai at various capacities. He hold a Masters in Chemistry and had attended Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management (3 years DBM), Indian Institute of Management & National University of Singapore for courses in Management Development.

Mr. Ashok R Nair – Executive Director
Mr. Nair holds a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, in India and MBA Degree from Edinburgh Business School, Edinburgh, Scotland. Prior to joining the
Company he was the Sales & Marketing Manager at Integrated Polymer Products Ltd, Lagos. He also worked with EDF Energy as the Sales Manager in London, England. Mr. Nair joined the
Board of Allied Coatings Ltd in January 2014.

Mr. Ogunruku Babatunde Omolayo – Director
Mr. Ogunruku graduated from Federal University of Technology, Akure with B. Tech. Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the same University. He has over twenty
three years of post qualification experience, prior to this. He has worked with Coates Brothers (W.A.) Ltd for over twenty years. He has attended several Professional Courses and workshops. He is a member of Chemical Society of Nigeria. He joined the Board of Allied Coatings Ltd in September 2013.

Mr. Fadiji O Joseph – Director
Mr. Fadiji is a graduate of Chemistry from University of Ibadan. He has over twenty nine years of experience and he has worked for Coates Brother (West Africa) Ltd (erstwhile Sunchemical
Group) for about 26 years. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow Member of Corporate Governance of Nigeria. He has also attended many International Trainings in Technical and Management areas in Europe and other African Countries.
